  Upcoming Events ~ 2012

After more than a decade of experience in transferring knowledge to policy makers, Metropolis has found that one of the most effective means for research to reach policy makers is through face-to-face interaction.  The Ottawa-based brown bag seminars are an opportunity for a wide cross section of federal policy makers to meet Metropolis researchers, to hear recent research findings, and to discuss the policy ramifications of these findings.   Similar series are organized locally by many of the Metropolis Centres – for more information on these, please visit the Centre websites: British Columbia, Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic.
